I am a PhD-level forensic and clinical toxicologist with over a decade of experience advising organizations, attorneys, and courts on complex toxicological, pharmacological, and regulatory matters. I specialize in the interpretation of forensic and clinical toxicology data for high-stakes decision-making, including litigation support, expert testimony, regulatory compliance, and laboratory strategy. My work translates complex analytical findings into clear, defensible conclusions for non-scientific audiences. I provided have provided expert analysis of drug testing results, authored thousands of formal interpretations for legal proceedings, and testified as an expert witness in over 20 federal hearings. I have also held multiple Laboratory Director and R&D leadership roles, overseeing regulated laboratories, method development, quality systems, and compliance with CLIA, CAP, and state regulatory requirements. I am a Board-certified toxicologist providing fractional and interim laboratory director services for CAP-accredited labs, compliance remediation, and growth-stage operations.
